RoadSyster uses Convex as the primary backend.

Companies may request deletion of:

  • Entire accounts
  • Historical data
  • Backup records

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

RoadSyster integrates with selected third-party services (to be finalized), which may include:

  • Payment processors (Paystack)
  • Scheduling integrations
  • Mapping or geolocation services
  • Email and notification providers

These parties only receive the data necessary to perform their services.
