1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of RoadSyster, a roadside assistance operations and dispatching platform developed by MahLogic Solutions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

RoadSyster is a cloud-based SaaS platform for roadside assistance companies to manage customers, drivers, dispatching, and job workflows.

  • Authentication and role-based access control
  • Customer records and job management
  • Real-time dispatch tracking
  • Driver GPS tracking
  • Data storage and reporting
  • Multi-user company workspace

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or authorized representative to use RoadSyster. You are responsible for ensuring all users comply with the Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information during onboarding.

You are responsible for securing your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Report unauthorized access immediately.

5. Subscription & Billing

RoadSyster uses a monthly subscription model with automatic renewal.

A one-time onboarding fee is required during initial signup.

The subscription includes up to 5 users. Additional users are billed per user.

Refund Policy

Clients may request a 50% refund within the first billing cycle.

If the refund is due to an error on our side, a 100% refund is issued.

Onboarding fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Payment Failure

If payment fails, your account may be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days.

6. Data Storage & Backups

RoadSyster stores all operational data on behalf of the client.

Clients will soon be able to configure their own backups.

Data may be retained for up to 90 days after account cancellation.

7. GPS Tracking

Drivers may be GPS-tracked during working hours to support dispatch operations. Employers must obtain required driver consent. Location data may not be misused.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse or disrupt the platform.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to access restricted areas.
  • Do not use the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Do not share login details or bypass user limits.
  • Do not interfere with security features.

9. Intellectual Property

All software and content remain the property of MahLogic Solutions. You may not resell, redistribute, or clone the platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by external factors.

11. Privacy

We process data only for providing the Service. A full Privacy Policy will be provided separately.

12. Limitation of Liability

MahLogic Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or unpaid invoices. You may cancel your account at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
